FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

Captain Ronald Beasley, a graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and is the 1st African American Navy Captain to be recognized and named as Distinguished Alumnus at FAMU. He went on to earn 2 masters degrees. His 1st was a Master’s in Business Administration from National University, and a 2nd Masters in Adult Education from Florida State University. His 23-year military career included numerous managerial positions with a huge impact taking place during positions of military and academic recruitment, and as University Admissions Officer. Ron was not only recognized as the General Naval Office Recruiter of the Year for the Navy, in addition he was also recognized as Minority Officer Recruiter of the Year for the Navy. After his success in Field Officer Recruitment he was then promoted to Commanding Officer of Naval Reserve Recruiting where he led the Western United States offices to 3 consecutive years as, Naval Reserve Recruiting Command of the Year, where he retired.

Mr. Robinson is the Veterans Liaison for Vitas Healthcare Program 17 and is responsible for educating the Veterans Community in Seminole, Orange and Osceola counties on the resources and services Vitas Healthcare provides for Veterans and their families with life limiting health challenges.

Experienced educator with a demonstrated history of working in the primary/secondary education industry. Skilled in K-12 Education, Classroom Management, Differentiated Instruction, Curriculum Development, Social/Emotional Development and Community Service. Strong education professional with a Master's degree focused in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

BOARD MEMBER

Joseph Barden has over 30 years of experience in policy creation and program administration in higher education student services. He currently works for the United States Department of Education in the Federal Student Aid Division, where he examines and analyzes the actions of private organizations that handle student loan servicing.
